I have a bunch of songs with bits and piece (not discernible silence or just noise) that I would like to cut off at the end and beginning of the MP3s. It would work well with audacity, but as far as I can tell, that would re-encode the entire MP3. Anyone know of an app that would do what I'm looking for, preferably free?
Also a graph component like Audacity would also be helpful.
