I'm currently developing a stand-alone C++ win32 application where I would like to find out from foobar, the filename of the currently playing song. Any ideas?
The current SDK only has stuffs related to inproc plugin development.

it's very straight forward, write a component that exposes APIs, by window messages, etc., so that it can talk to your stand-alone application.
