Hiya,

I have tried to get this plugin working with all sorts of settings within Foobar 0.9.5 - to no avail!

These are the settings I use from the preference menu:

server: freedb2.org
port: 80
address: /~cddb/cddb.cgi

When I click on the retrieve button it says:

"An error occurred while trying to retrive a server list from freedb2.org/~cddb/cddb.cgi.

Could not connect to host

The current server list will be left unaltered."

I am not able to find any CDs when trying to rip CDs to disc. Can anyone help?

Try the tracktype.org server

freedb2.org is working ok from here…

Maybe you are behind a firewall?

Thank you! It was the firewall that this computer uses - it blocks everything without prompting...I've added it so it is now working - nice one.
