I never saw this before, who can tell me what it means?
I have a Celeron 1300 MHz on Windows 2000 server with SP3.

IIRC the red has to do with system or OS CPU usage while green has to do with general aplication CPU usage.

Look at the "view" menu - there's a switch that turns it on/off (at least in WindowsXP, but should be similiar in 2000).
