Ok. I have now created a Flac file using EAC. I want to keep the flac for archive and home audio purposes. I also want to create a lame mp3 (most likely v2) for my mp3 player. What is the best way to do this. Is it better to do 1 album at a time or is there a way to many flac albums at once.

If you use foobar2000, you can load up the albums in the playlist and convert all files at once, using the context menu and "convert to..."

Another option is to use Reflacer. It'll allow you to Synchronize your FLAC collection to MP3, copying tags, album art, etc. It also allows you to decode FLAC to WAV, encode WAV to FLAC, and Test the FLAC files.
