Full Version: Panels UI: How to add "remove from playlist" command?

I have been looking around for this option and can only seem to find it by binding it to a keyboard hotkey. Is there no standard option to "remove from playlist"? I see " add to playlist" and "send to playlist" but I want to be able to just click with my mouse and remove a song from the playlist without using my keyboard.

I am sure this plugin exists but its tough to search these forums for info regarding some plugins and many of them seem to have dead and outdated links.

The command is "Edit/Remove from current playlist" You can add them into context menu.

How and where? I go to the [ROOT] insert item > command and then there is no "edit/remove from current playlist" command there.

Any ideas?

My idea is, if you don't get this done by yourself, your divorce with f2bk will come soon.

There is a search field. Enter "remove".

There indeed is no optional "remove from playlist" context menu command by default.

The reason is that the items defined at Preferences, Context Menu are not only displayed in the playlist's menu, where a remove command makes sense, but also in the album list menu, the "now playing" menu at the status bar and the systray, and possibly other places. Playlist views are supposed to add playlist-specific commands on their own, similar to how the album list adds "send to playlist" menus and others.

Since the playlist view of the default UI provides a "Remove" command, would you be so kind to mention which user interface you use?

I'm using fooava 1.04.

@squeller there is only one remove command in preferences > context menu >[ROOT]>insert item>commands... and that is "remove from library" , at least in fooava

It's not "FooAvA" that's just a name of a "Panels UI" config or "skin" that some people called them.

OK, you need foo_utils for that command.
