Aww I don't like it. Isn't the current logo good enough?

Yet another useless comment. Let me try and put an end to this now by making things as clear as possible for those who do not like the design.

First of all, my latest rework isn't much different from the original, in fact, it is essentially the same design, only streamlined.

Second, yes the current logo may be good enough for some but not for all, so I ask that you don't take offense to my design simply because its different.

Lastly, lets not forget what makes foobar so great. The ability to customize. Like everything else in foobar, this could be distributed as a plug-in for those who would want it.

I hope this puts a stop to the useless comments, as I am not looking to fill this thread up with opinions unless they are constructive and can further the project.

Meh, i still prefer the original alien-cat-ish logo over your design. Why post your artwork to a public forum if you didn't want other user's opinions?

If you read correctly you will note I DO want peoples opinions, so long as they are constructive. I posted this idea hoping to get some input (which I have), but now its becoming a bore having to scroll past all the useless garbage just to get to those who do care about the project. In other words, if all you have to say is "Meh, I don't like it" or "Meh, it looks like batman", then why waste your time, and mines? Vice versa, even if all you had to say was "Meh, I love it!" I would prefer that you don't. Are we clear?

Don't get me wrong, thats not to say that your not entitled to your opinion, you are, but keep in mind you are also entitled to keep it to yourself. People who constantly post their agenda's seem to have the false notion that others care. If you could care less about the design, or if you have no input what-so-ever, then please move on...



Good, thank you, but same situation here. Forums get tedious when people have to constantly scroll past comments like these just to get to the meat of the topic. This is the last time I will make note of it, because I feel I could not get my point across any clearer. Any future comments like these will simply be ignored, so if getting under my skin is your intention, just know that you would be wasting my time and proving yourself of low character.

Yeah, I already explained to these types to do us the favor of leaving their input out of our thread if all they had to offer was insignificant comments like these. Best thing you can do is ignore them.
