Is it possible to apply DSP settings on-the-fly while copying files using Send to Device?

Purpose: I wish to apply replay gain, vlevel & skip silence to all tracks for car mp3 disc

Just fill a playlist with your needed tracks and use "Convert to" which will allow everything you mentioned. Already a good workflow I think.

I'm also converting a lot for car audio. Vlevel DSP is essential if you have music with lots of dynamics, classical e.g.
