So basically this one Brazilian guy fixed many problems included with Creative products and Vista.

For example added features for Audigy (also added features for Audigy2 and X-fi):

- Hardware MIDI synthetizer (I wrote a small utility that automatically detects and changes the default Vista MIDI Synth during driver install or can change it later using its GUI. Some media players lets you choose the MIDI synthesizer)
- Equalizer (with preset saving, very hard to accomplish, had to deal with bugs in Creative software and use my creativity to find a workaround).

I don't care. I buy their hardware sometimes and I'm happy if it works and if the drivers do what I expect.
Everything around Creative, forum, users, not sure about the support: clueless or not existant. If I had a problem with creative hard- or software, I would avoid to ask for support and rather sell the stuff.

But BTW, I hope I'll get a chance to have my x-fi use 2 line outs at the same time under vista. In XP it's possible, with vista it isn't.

yes that is the one, beyond studio quality. hehehe.
