Can we embeded Image in AAC+ file?

To my knowledge, sure, just use mp3tag smile.gif www.mp3tag.de/en/

you can, if the files encoded in .m4a format
you can't, if the files encoded in .aac format

.m4a is the same as .mp4: it is a container (in contrast to .aac file).
