when I select anywhere from 1 to 15 flac files in explorer and than right click on them I get the context menu with the options of "enqueue in foobar " and "play in foobar".
Problem is if I select any more than 15 (ie 16 or higher) files than those 2 options are no longer available in the context menu.
Anybody know what causes this and if/how to correct it.

IIRC, it is a well known restriction on Windows Vista.

You can use drag&drop or copy&paste to get those files into foobar2000.
