i like to copy+paste album logs into the comments section of Flac metadata, however sometimes the album logs are too long to do this in the latest version of flac. i cant think of a better use of the comments section than for album logs, so i'm hoping maximum characters allowed will be expanded in the next version of flac.

Aren't the limits something like 4 gigs per comment, with 4096 million comments? It ought to be something like that for Vorbis files. I think FLAC files should be similar as well.

If the album logs are bigger than 4 kilobytes, you might want to increase the padding.
