Hi all!
I have tried to split a single APE file with shnsplit. My problem is that I don't want convert APE in WAV or any other format, I just want to split single APE in small APEs...
I have tried this:
shnsplit -o ape -f test.cue test.ape

Thanks...
shnutils
That should work. What is the error message you are receiving?

Thank you. Could you tell me what version of mac you're using ("mac 2>&1 | grep Matt"), and could you also re-run your split command with a couple of debugging flags (shnsplit -DD -o ape ...)?

Hmm... it looks like you may need to install a patched version of mac that allows piped encoding. There is one available on the shntool website (version 3.99-u4-b5-s4). Please let me know if that does not fix your problem.

Thanks a lot! Problem is solved...
