Hello, today I switched from 9.4 or 9.5 or something to the latest one.

I remember in previous version of Columns UI (which the new interface thingy seems to want to replicate) you chould change how the alternate-shading worked? I would like to shade entire albums, or artists, or something. How do I go about doing this? The playlist viewer seems to have very few options in the preferences!

Any help appreciated.

edit: I also remember you could control how the border around things looked...?

Still works as before, did you press the Scripts tab in Column details? The preferences design has been improved slightly.

I think he's trying to do it in DUI.... or not? tongue.gif

Yes, bb10 is correct, I'm trying to do it in DUI. Can I not do it using the DUI then? Do I have to install a component that is functionally exactly the same just to be able to change the shading?

Yes, it's not doable in the DefaultUI. You will have to switch to using ColumnsUI for that functionality.
