I'm surprised at just how difficult this can be. And I can't help wondering why search is so bad on so many people's sites.

Here's an example: Le Tombeau de Couperin by Ravel.

You'd think Chandos didn't sell a version:

Chandos: tombeau couperin

But they do:

Google: tombeau couperin site:.chandos.net

And that was easy enough -- just use Google to search their site. I've been going in circles trying to find something else.

I've been quite successful in finding CDs by using the Discogs Firefox Toolbar. (bottom of page)
