I'm using Column UI and here is my current setup.

I want to have more column categories like bit rate, date added, and play count. I'd also like some better colors but thats not my first priority.

So could anyone tell me how to get these things?

You can get these additional columns by going to Preferences > Columns UI > Playlist View > Columns, from there, you can add the simple categories e.g. bitrate. You can create a new column, then put %bitrate% inside the display box. All customizable from there. I'm not sure about the playcount or date added.
