Japaness single usually has four titles: two are vocal version, and the other two are the corresponding instrumental versions. Sometimes, I just want to listen to the vocal versions, is there a fitler that can do this based on the title names?

The simplest way to do this (assuming that the instrumental versions have 'Instrumental' in the title somewhere) would be to go into Library Search, enter "NOT title HAS Instrumental" as the query, and then generate an Autoplaylist based off the results.
