Hi,

I have this FLAC file which passes the FLACTester and plays in another player but it crashes foobar2000 the instance I try to play it.

It plays a second or two and then closes and shows: "Unhandled exception: Overflow", and that's it.

Does anyone know where I could upload this file? It's 36.3MB.

Thanks.
kanak
You could try uploading it to a site like mediafire.com or ifile.it .

Does the file play back correctly with other players like foobar 0.8.3, winamp or musicmatch?

Caleb
I don't have anything else installed other than foobar, but I did try it in KMPlayer and it worked there.

I've uploaded the file here: http://www.mediafire.com/?9cmncgttcxd

No crashing what so ever here with your file. What 3rd party plugins are you using in foobar2000? (I'm running plain 0.9.5.3)
Yirkha
Also how does your DSP chain look like?
kanak
Also tried with 0.9.5.3 and 0.8.3 special. Didn't encounter any errors with either. foo_verifier claimed the file was alright too.

So it does look like something to do with the DSPs.

Ok, the culprit was PopUp Plus sad.gif

I had a huge folder.jpg image in the same folder so it caused it to crash sad.gif

Thanks for the help guys!
