The "Other" metadata field is not displayed on "Selected Properties" UI element even when field is present in file and proper option is checked in right-click menu (as can be seen on attached picture).

Confusing, but not a bug. The properties window and the selection properties element display different things in the "Other" section. In the properties window this refers to any technical information fields that are not handled specially. In the UI element, it refers to things like playback statistics (which gets its own section in the properties window).

Support topics always belong in the support forum. If you need to attach files or images and you don't want to use an external file or image hosting service, you should create a second topic in the uploads forum, attach you files or images there and add the links to the attachments (or to the post in the uploads forum) to the other topic.
