Hi,
in foobar2000 I wanted to reliably detect tracks with references to other files. I mean tracks which are only visually there because of a) embedded cuesheet/chapter information, b) external cuesheet.
I thought this can be done by %subsong_index% (if tracks subsongindex>0), but it can't. Because with some files, the embedded tracks start with index 0. And index 0 is in every files.
How can this be done?

Cue sheets have a technical information field called CUE_EMBEDDED which can have the value "yes" or "no" depending on whether the cue sheet is embedded or external. There is no general, reliable way to detect files with multiple tracks through title formatting.
Ah, I can access this with $info. Enough for me, because I will make the remaining few cuesheet files embedded. Thank you!
