I am looking for a linux program which will take an audio file as input and export an image file containing the intensity plot of the audio file.

If anyone knows such program, please let me know as I have been searching for a long time.

If anyone is looking for this, I am using a python script found on : http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/blog/?p=10 which does the job quite well and very fast compared to sox and gnuplot
