Hey everyone. New here. Anyways, I used 9.4.4 forever. I recently upgraded to 9.5.3 and I like some things but some things I don't. What I really don't like is the columns that it uses. I like the old way where the album would automatically go next to the artist. How can I get that back? Thanks

The only way I can think of is to either re-install the old version of foobar and then copy the foo_ui_default.dll to somewhere, upgrade again, then replace the new dll with the old one.

Or, you could install columns UI and have one column that displays the info in one line. You could probably get the script from the old version of foobar. So either way, you need an older version of foobar.

Actually, I just thought, does anyone know if it's possible to rename the old default UI and have it co-exist with the new DUI? Or is it dependant on its filename?

Different versions of the Default UI are not designed to co-exist. Renaming the DLL does not help.

It is also ill-advised to replace the foo_ui_std.dll in 0.9.5.x with an older version from 0.9.4 as has already been discussed elsewhere.
