I just installed the latest foobar in Vista, but when I open it, a dialog show the error message "Error reading configuration file(Bad allocation). Continue?" After I click OK, the "information" dialog say as follow:

The following components are incompatible with this foobar2000 version and will function partially or incorrectly:
- foo_playcount.dll : Playback Statistics
Please update these components to their latest versions if possible.

When exit, there are several errors such as "error writing theme file", "error writing playlist files", "error writing configuration file".

Pls help me fix them. Thanks.

here's the link for the newest version of playback statistics

the other errors is foobar2000 having problems writing several files. is your foobar2000-directory write protected? You should check your harddrive for errors/bad sectors/etc.

Many thanks to Jonas Nyrup.
I have downloaded the new component, it works well now.
I changed the permission of foorbar directory. When exit foobar, no error occurs any more.

but there is still an error when start foobar:
"Error reading configuration file(Bad allocation). Continue?"
