1. Could some sort of peak-hold be added? At the very least to provide some additional feedback about clipping besides the console?
  2. The scale appears to be linear; could it be made logarithmic?
  3. Could the scale be marked in units? Either by adding marks for 0db/-10db/-20db/... or by adding a numeric display?
