install it on clear foobar v0.9.5.x (replace files in foobar folder)

This is my current fabrication, which consists of
a playlist panel + art
and a album art show off panel.
It's kept pretty simple due to the fact i'll be using it on my work also.
And due to that i had problems to get some plugins to work as a result of missing dependencies.








The MFSL cover is a template.

The playlist consists of lone mp3's with and without single (45rpm) art, albums with art, and compilations with art.
They are all sorted and displayed in their own way. The mp3's with and without art, i could only sort through adding the comment 'single' to the comment tag of the ones with art.

Btw. is there any way to hide the scrollbar which appears in big playlists in NG Playlist?

This is in no way a final version or anything, but it's what I use.

You MUST install fooSune first, since the playlist uses all the code.

After about ten days of playing around with panel_stack_splitter and trackinfo_mod I've finished my foobar config (at the moment )



If i could only hide the vertical scrollbar in NG Playlist...

^make the width of the panel wider so that the scrollbar is out of view

That doesn't help. It only ends up in not displaying the parts from the lyrics/album list panel right beneath the playlist that are hidden by the resized playlist.

how do you get the cover art to show in the play list?

It's the NGPlaylist, with the albumart enabled through right clicking on the column list and clicking on the option.

Looks to me like the default Playlist switcher and a huuuuuuuge, bloated, awesome playlist switcher script with many $replace's and $rgb's squeezed into the small codebox.

thank you. No Chronflow in my Curaçao config.

why this choice ?
1) it is boggus with some video adapter (even recent one with lastest drivers i.e 8800 GTS under XP, works fine under Vista)
2) no option to bound the chronflow with the active playlist, i prefer Graphical browser or BubbleGuuum coverflow (but this one is not very stable too ...)
3) click on a cover in chronflow to play the 1st song of an album with changing the active playlist not possible
4) the developper has no time to purpose some update in order to keep it up to date
5) it takes too much ressources

I'm so sorry to see Chronflow finally dropped, but not surprised for all of the reasons that you've stated. It has so much potential but the developer just doesn't seem interested in moving it forward, and without the ability to click on the cover to play the tracks, for me it's just eye-candy that comes with a huge resource hit

Did this ever get posted? It looks pretty interesting, particularly if I can figure out how to add the channel_spectrum to it the way I would like.

This is very good Br3tt! The playlist is a little confusing though...I'm trying hard to discern between album / artist names an tracks of the album...basically the group header looks very much like the track list...IMO

That looks really nice Falstaff, nice work! What are the buttons in the bottom left above the rating? They look like love and ban buttons for last.fm, but I didn't know that was possible, is it? If so could you say how you did it?

They are skip, and mood/love track for tracks that are in your media library, not last.fm
