1. Can you make it so that when I click on the Artist/Song showing above the seekbar it will find that current song on the playlist and show it on screen?
For instance you're browsing down your playlist and decide you want to jump right to the song/album you're playing but instead of looking where it is just click on the name above the seekbar and it will automatically get you there.

I don't think that's possible. That would require the two components to interact with each other and share data.

2. The ability to sort the playlist. Right now it adds everything in the bottom, but I want to sort it so it's easier to find stuff I'm not particularly looking for - band/album/year.
There is a "View" context menu when you right click on the side border of the application but it does absolutely nothing.

This will be in a later release. I want it too.

3. Can you make it possible to drag the whole window by clicking and holding somewhere outside the playlist?

4. Is it possible to make the volume bar active globally(just like the dragging parts in #3)? It's a lot more comfortable to click on the titlebar or somewhere outside the playlist and be able to scroll to decrease/increase volume - just like in Winamp.

These are outside the field of a config and are Foobar2000 requests.

5. When I press the forth view button (the one on the far right), it shows an empty field, what's supposed to be there and how to make it appear?
Make sure you have the Albumlist plugin installed.

6. I add my music folders to the media library, but it doesn't "detect" them.
You have to 1) Rescan Media Library (Found Under the Library menu) 2) In the Browse View (The 4th one) You'll right click on the top and click Refresh Tree.

7. Is there a way to remove the windows title bar and add minimize/close buttons that are similar to the "pause/next" ones?
Nope.

8. Sometimes in mini-mode the shortcuts for "seek forward/backward" (arrow keys) don't work. I have to switch modes, click on the playlist and they will work again (problem seems to occur when foobar has been minimized and you bring it out of taskbar/tray).
9. When in album view, the arrow keys (forward/backward) have no effect for seeking, instead they act like up/down arrow keys and select albums. Can this be fixed/disabled?
I'll have to look into it. I don't use the keyboard shortcuts, so I've done no testing with them.

10. This is purely optional, just wanted to reach 10

Is it possible to make the seek bar act the same as the volume bar when the mouse is hovering exactly over it so you can also seek with the scroll?
You could do that, but wouldn't the audio be jumpy as you scrolled?
10a. It would be great if it also showed the year of the album, next to the name or genre or # tracks.
I'll try to work it in for a later release.

11. What should I do to make it show special characters (such as the Y in Queensryche)?
That's either an issue with the Track Info Mod component used to display the info, or the font I used, Arial. If you have the band name in a text program and have the font set to Arial, does it show the special character?

I really love this design, I'm currently thinking of keeping it as a default one. It's not huge, it's easy on the eyes and stylish. It would have been great to be able to see the whole artwork but it's not a big deal. Minimalistic is good too

Great job! You should also post it on deviantart

Thanks, glad you like it. I went back and forth on the album art issue and eventually figured that the point of the player isn't to see the art, it's to hear the music. I figured people would pull the cd out if they wanted to see the full art, 300x300 images don't do some covers justice.
