is there a way to change lame setting on acm codec?

I use lame acm for unreal media server and would like to have 44.1k 16 bit mono at 112kbps with 18.3khz lowpass filter

Is there a way to have this configuration in preset proposed with lame acm? where is the preset setting proposed stored? in the registry?
