Can anyone tell me why I can't get Foobar (latest version) to show up in the Volume Mixer for per-application volume control?

I've tried googling this issue but I seem to be the only one with this problem so I'm assuming I'm missing something obvious here. I just installed Vista x64 for the first time.

If it helps, I also can't seem to get WMP11 to show up either, and the internal volume control for it doesn't seem to have any affect on its own volume.

Thanks.

It is shown on my Vista SP1. Just to be sure: You scrolled the horizontal bar in the Application part of the Volume Mixer?

Yep. :/ I guess I chose a misleading screenshot. I know about the scrollbar but, alas, it's not listed ever. tongue.gif

You need to have it play something first (so that it goes to the windows audio mixer), and thus makes it show up in the volume mixer window. Also, make sure you're using the default (directsound) output.

Am using DS, and I've tried it while playing music, still with no dice.
