Hi I was wondering if there could be a new option implemented in newer versions of foobar where the user can choose to let foobar copy picture files (folder.jpg for album art) in the source folder to the destination folder in converter. I archive music in FLAC on dvds since I cannot hold all of my music as FLAC on my hard drive. Then, I convert the FLACs into AAC which means I have a lossless and lossy folder of each album. My lossless album's folder originally has the album art but when converting my albums to another format the new folder does not contain the album art, and I would need to manually copy and paste the folder.jpg into the freshly created directories. I just figured this could be another useful feature so I'm putting this out there in case anyone else thinks this could be a nice option and maybe it could become implemented.

Thanks,
Bobby

One possible implementation of this would be a dialog identical to the existing "File operations setup" window, just with an additional group for selecting the codec. This way one could profit from presets which already match one's archive structure.

Edit: The "Copy entire source folder contents"-option there which not only would copy folder.jpg but any additional files (lyrics, band photos, ...) would then also work for conversion.

Yeah, that too. That could work; a Converter option that, better yet, copies all non-music files from the source folder into the newly created destination folder.
