Hi folks

I'm struggling a bit - hope you can help... I'm using ColumnsUI and I've got everything set up nicely, but there's one thing still giving me grief.

On the default UI you can select multiple tracks using a selection rectangle, then drop them straight on to a playlist with no hassles using the left mouse button alone, but with ColumnsUI you can't - instead you either have to hold ctrl while you drag and drop, or right-click and drag which gives you the 'add files here...' context menu, which you have to OK before you can drop the files.

Is there a way to use the default behaviour with columnsUI? To clarify, I'd like to be able to drag and drop files between playlists using the mouse alone, with no clicking necessary...

At the moment I'm working around the issue using foo_playlist_tree, which doesn't require you to confirm right-click drag-and-drop actions, and that's sort of OK, but still not quite what I'm after as you can't make playlist tree playlists 'active'.

The only thing stopping me switching to the default interface is the lack of an integrated queue viewer; am I right in thinking that there is no way of viewing the queue as a UI element panel with the default UI?

Hope that makes some kind of sense, and I hope you can help!

Cheers

You can try NG Playlist, it has better drag and drop behaviours.

Thanks - I'll give it a punt.
