I don't know how to change the gradient. In the window below:

I can't find this colours.

Where can I change it? It is necessary to change some code?

This is by Windows, not ColumnsUI/fb2k. Not sure if you can change this in Windows' display properties.

You can't. It's part of the Windows Theme. You can however, change the theme by using a hacked uxtheme.dll (search google) and there are plenty of good looking themes available on www.deviantart.com. Personally I'm a sucker for the Luna Element Black theme
