I've found a strange bug when using edcast (formerly oddcast) with foobar2000 0.9.5.x. It doesn't happen with 0.9.4.x. I tried to set up an AAC+ stream (enc_aacplus.dll) with 32 kbps but noticed that the stream is always encoded with 63 kbps. Even when I set a higher bitrate like 128 kbps, the wrong bitrate of 63 kbps is used instead. Mono encoding is also not possible any more ("Encoder init failed").
