I'm installing a theme for fb2k, but for complete functionality, it requires an older version of PanelsUI, i.e. 0.13.x. I've scoured the web and these forums but not been able to find it.
If anyone knows they have it, and they wouldn't mind zipping and upping it to MediaFire.com or something, I would appreciate it.
