There's been a UI issue that's bugged me for the last few years.

Three options are allowed for Converter dither - always dither, dither only for lossy sources, or never dither. High-res lossless files require dither when downsampled, but because they are definitely not lossy, it seems as if it would not be enabled in this case, requiring me to manually select "always dither".

Is dither enabled when downsampling lossless data? And if so, could the "dither only for lossy sources" option be changed to perhaps "dither only for lossy conversion"?
