I have one of the Pioneer VSX AV4 (different model name in the US) series amps, that decodes AAC, so the spec says. While outputing AAC bitstream via my Beyonwiz PVR, I am seeing that the samples I try to play back are detected as AAC, yet never does any audio get produced. Channel assignments all show up correctly, just no sound.

Has anyone ever had any luck as yet trying to do this? If so, which encoder did they use and which settings.
