Well, I was considering putting FLAC files in a Matroska container, (just so that my audio files .MKA will match my video files .MKV biggrin.gif), the thing is, I am completely baffled about tagging. I've tried it, but I cannot seem to wrap my head around it. (This will also benefit me in tagging videos as well.) Thanks so much for any help I can get!

A single audio stream in Matroska does not make any sense. The purpose of a container is to ensure that several streams can be delivered simultaneously and in perfect sync. In case of only one audio, the additional layer serves no purpose.

I too wish that movies could be tagged. But as of yet there is no GUI in MkvMerge for metadata entry. One has to precompose an XML file. It's not worth the effort.
