I tried to find the answer to my question, but without any success.
Is there any way to encode file using Nero AAC without having a gap added by encoder at the very beginning of a file?
These gaps are very frustrating, because it's almost impossible to use files encoded with Nero AAC as audio files in MP4 containers (AVC video + AAC audio in MP4 container), as currently available decoders does not "understand" delaying of streams in MP4-files, so audio and video are always unsynchronized, and gaps themselves are always different in size.
Here are some examples:
Original wav file (no gap):
Asche.wav

Encoded using:
neroAacEnc -ignorelength -q 1 -if F:\pix\Asche.wav -of F:\pix\Asche.m4a

Encoded using:
neroAacEnc -2pass -ignorelength -q 1 -br 400000 -if F:\pix\Asche.wav -of F:\pix\Asche_2pass.m4a

Encoded using:
neroAacEnc -2pass -ignorelength -br 400000 -if F:\pix\Asche.wav -of F:\pix\Asche_2pass_2.m4a

Encoded using: (no gaps even where they should be
neroAacEnc -he -2pass -ignorelength -br 60000 -if F:\pix\Asche.wav -of F:\pix\Asche_he.m4a

Encoded using:
neroAacEnc -hev2 -2pass -ignorelength -br 30000 -if F:\pix\Asche.wav -of F:\pix\Asche_hev2.m4a
