i got a lot of mp3 thats been in my hard drive for ages and recently i just got that urge to clean up and organize and first thing for me to do is to filter out and delete all files that has bitrate lower than 128 so i can move on and organize the tags umm and oh i also need to remove duplicate files, is there any software that can do this?

Use foobar2000, add files, sort by bitrate, mark, File Operations > Delete File
