Hi!

I have a Terratec Aureon 5.1 PCI sound card and i was wondering if it supports kernel streaming?
I have searched on google but have not really found anything. Is there a way i can check it by myself?
I have also noticed that when I enable it in Winamp or Mediamonkey the media players slows down. Is this normal?

I use Windows Vista Home Premium if info about my OS is needed.

Hope you guys can answer some of my questions biggrin.gif

In Vista you can enable Kernel streaming by selecting the "Allow exclusive access" in the properties section of your sound card. You don't need any special drivers for this.

Thanks! ;D

Can I then just use DirectSound output in my mediaplayer?
