Hi again,

There is a small ACM file called "msaud32.acm". It came with old Windows Media Players from Microsoft and then there was a hacked version called DivX Audio which people used to encode WMA V1 & V2 in AVI files.

If I use an audio editing software (or any software that encodes for thaat matter) when I select to created a WAV ACM file I have Windows Media Audio V1 as an option or Windows Media Audio V2. Windows Media Audio V2 works fine and has no troubles, but it is Windows Media Audio V1 that does not work. I try many different softwares and get different errors so I don't know what is wrong.

I hope this all made sense smile.gif Any help appreciated.
