i just wondered about this:

can replaygain.. be used on cdda files...?
or frased this way.. is there any chance of reply gain
to a "headerless" pcm file...

Depends on the player. A player with a database can store the value and remember it when you play back the track.

wav's can be replaygained.

had it only been so simple.. rolleyes.gif

the files.. are pcm files.. with a cdda extension.
they are "headerless".. regarding recognision..
but the propperties.. reveals a aIFF header as a sort of id..
(not apple iff, but Interchange File Format by EA..)

i tried wavgain.. as a dumb..
but i got the message about the "the end of
the file was reached prematurely"...

is there something to do??
