Sorry if this has been answered before, but the search engine gave no results.
I usually extract cd image and cue sheet using EAC. So far to burn I have used Nero but I decided to give BAO a try since I've read so many good things about it (and it's free). Ok, so when I try to load the image (by the way, it's a wav file) it always tells me "cue/bin must be on the same folder and have the same name" and I can't burn it.
What am I doing wrong?
I know my way around cue sheet syntaxis and I see nothing wrong with it (I mean, Nero has no problem), so I think the problem lies with BAO.
Any help?
floyd
i have no problems with cues and BAO. show us your cuesheet and filenames for the .bin/cue, maybe theres a simple answer.
franciszek
a CUE sheet generated by EAC must be imported as a playlist in BAO:
authoring audio CD --> right click --> import playlist --> select your CUE
Mr. Mulder
What are the advantages to burning with BAO rather than EAC?

What are the advantages to burning with BAO rather than EAC?

create/burn CUE sheets from Windows Explorer (dblclick)
create/burn AUDIO and DATA images
create/burn audio compilations made out of compressed formats
create/burn audio compilations from playlists
use burn-proof
etc.

But you are free to keep using EAC if you're happy with it smile.gif
Mr. Mulder
Thanks franciszek, I was just curious. smile.gif

I burn audio with EAC using "Copy Image & Create CUE Sheet", with offset correction and Burnproof too. smile.gif

I can think of one advantage of burning with EAC, that is using offset correction.

Just remember, most drives are not compatible with EAC

Not compatible with my LG8120b
rjamorim
Ah... is it a CED model?

I heard it only works with GCE models. (Mine is a GCE 8320B)
Mr. Mulder
Works fine with my LG GCE-8160B too.
