Here's my problem: a friend of mine wants to sell his old HP laptop with a Windows XP MCE 2005 license key, however, without installation media. When he bought the device, he forgot to create recovery discs and also deleted the recovery partition. Ordering a set of CDs from HP costs 40 € in Germany, which is quite expensive.
