Yes it does. It's also useful to copy the fht.hlp help file just in case it's needed.

Interesting. I checked the version a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't changed then.

However, I am not able to download any of the commandline versions. All links lead to a "download error" page. (http://www.all4mp3.com/dev/download_error.aspx)

I get the software but it seems that it only accepts 5.1 wav files and no stereo files

. Is there an updated FhG encoder which allows to encode stereo files? Someone knows?

I used the CLI encoder (v1.4) and didn't have any problems with stereo encodings.
I only had trouble with the GUI version which seems to do only surround encodings.

No problems w/ downloading here.

Aren't the latest FhG Pro encoder bundled w/ WMP 10/11/12 ?

I can't download the CLI encoder either. My successful download was something like a year ago.
Hopefully the download will be available again.

I reported the problem to "all4mp3".

I guess it would be more effective if others would do the same:

What's the problem?

Just

- fill the email address

- un-select the "Yes, I would like to get e-mail updates about new mp3 tools and keep up with what's hot in the world of mp3" if you don't want this option

- check the" I agree" below the license agreement

and then press "Download Now" -button.

Did you actually try the command line encoder? I asked two of my friends to download it and they accidentally ended up downloading the MP3S GUI encoder. The "http://www.all4mp3.com/dev/download_error.aspx" page is not clearly marked as an "error page" and it has a link to another download page.

I have encoder/decoder v1.1.5 downloaded some time ago (Windows). If the problem persists I could set a link to my own copy. But I want to wait a bit (maybe the problem is resolved now?) as such an offer is not really covered by the EULA...
