I have a wav file @ 730Mb. The last 3rd of this file is just noise! Can anyone recommend and software with which I can remove last 3rd of the wav file?

Currently, I use easy cd creator's sound editor, but this program has no delete function, so the selected part of the wave file can be deleted!

Any suggestions?

What version of ECDC are you using? You should be able to delete the selected part of a .wav by choosing CUT from the EDIT MENU. That's how you do it in ECDC5, anyway.

Jenny, I use Wave Repair to edit WAV files, it does what you want quite easily and has many other functions as well. I like it, not hard to use.

Try Goldwave.

It's full function shareware.

If you save in PCM wave format (or any other uncompressed/lossless format), no.
