Can anyone provide some info or related experiences with SRS Audio Sandbox? I have been unable to reach SRS Audio by email (no response) or by telephone (voice mailbox filled).
Based on some advertisements for it, I'm hoping this product ($20) might be able to help me apply some DSP to streams like Pandora, which must be played through the web-site's own player. Some of my questions are:
1) Will Sandbox actually perform DSP on a stream like Pandora, or will it only process sound that is input through the Line-In jack on my sound card?
2) If so, does it do a decent job of applying EQ?
3) Will the latest version run on Windows 2000? (Regardless of whether 2000 is actually supported.)
4) Is the program easy to un-install?
I would appreciated any knowledge anyone has on this product. I can't find any other way to apply EQ to Pandora, and I'm reluctant to install a trial of this software and then have a nightmare trying to un-install it if it doesn't do what I need.
