if i use replaygain on an encoded mpc and then decode back to wav in order to burn a audio cd, will the audio cd still sound ok (normal volume,...)

It's the same quality as the mpc.

Yes, but perhaps not the same volume, which is what he was asking.

You might want to check if the command line decoder provides a switch to turn of ReplayGain.

You could try Winamp with the Diskwriter Plugin and use the Musepack 1.7.9i(Beta) Winamp Plug-in with "Replaygain Off, ClipProtect Album-Based".

You can find the PlugIn with DirectConnect (http://www.chaostar.org/phorum/list.php?f=1)
