So the wires finally fell apart on my Sennheiser PX100s, which I hadn't even noticed, since they'd held up a lot better then the Ultimate Ears I have.
I'm looking for a replacement, something different, could even be something a little less portable or noise canceling. I have in-ear headphones so I'm looking for something that goes over my ears in this case.
I've looked at the PX200s, the Koss PortaPro, and had someone recommend the Grado SR-60, but kind of wish there was a place I could go try them on myself first.
Looking for any opinions on those or any other headphones, something with good sound, and lots of bass (I'm obsessed with bass). Wanting to spend under $100 USD also.
Thanks
EDIT: Headfi is recommending a few others for under $70 I'm interested in, the Sennheiser HD515 and the AKG K81DJ, anyone have either of those too?

Had a similar problem a couple of months ago. Decided to stay with the PX 100 since the sound is still very good, they are easy to carry and easy to wear and you get them meanwhile for a mere 25 Euros.
That shouldn't keep you from looking around for better products, but you should consider staying with the PX 100 still as an option.

In my experience, which means on my head, the PX200s have less bass than the 100s unless you really squeeze them on your ears. This was some time ago, though, and it might have changed with the rise of doof, but you'd want to check it.

I've up been reading different forums, so far I'm leaning heavily towards the AKG K81DJs for my tastes. Going to see if Guitar Center has them in stock today, try them at least, and if I don't like them I'll take them back.

I second MichaelW's opinion.
I had the same impression when comparing them in the store (Unfortunately Saturn didn't allow me to perform a DBT, please forgive me the TOS8 violation!)

Which UE do you have? Have you tried the EB ones? I got them, and the bass is just unbelievable. It's actually too much, but it's clean and deep. I used them for movies though, with a little bass attenuation sometimes, with Dolby Headphone. For music, I find them not very useful due to the super strong bass. They go LOW. They're not the most comfortable ones either, and you kinda look like a dork with two big things sticking out of your ears, so maybe not for walking on the street.

I have the UE SuperFi 4vi, wish I had gotten the SuperFi 5 series, maybe even the superbass version. Though all and all in-ear headphones just aren't comfortable to me. I think I have a bigger ear canal then most people, so they just don't fit right either.
I ended up having to order the AKG K81DJs off Amazon, only $57.99 USD, got them today, not broken in yet, but wow, what a huge improvement over the PX100s, not so much overall quality wise, but how well the low end is reproduced. Pleased so far, and hopefully they'll get better with time, also like the fact they're closed back as they drown out all the noise I have to put up with where I live.
EDIT: They're much quieter then my PX100s though, I may need a pocket amp to use them with my phone, but I'm getting a new phone soon, so we'll see.
