I don't know what Plextor has f---ed up with recent releases of their software CD's, but I don't have PlexTools, just some Roxio crap...

If you bought your cd in Usa (maybe also asia).. you can't have plextools included because this is a decision and an internal devlopment from European division of Plextor ..

but if you look for on some p-p like edk you probably find it and if you don't find it now be patient
i'm sure it will be on in few times ...

Try a Google search for Plextools. You should be able to find a full installer version somewhere eventually and then you can use the upgrade from the Plextor Europe site.
