Hi all,

As everyone read recently, Vladimirovich released a new version of the in_mpp WinAmp MPC plugin that fixes some gap issues.

I took that source code and added full ReplayGain support (you can choose between Radio, Audiophile, or No Gain) and Scale support (you can enter a scale value, works like --scale in mppdec).

Just to make it clear:
Frank's "Title level adjustment" is Radio gain.
Frank's "Album level adjustment" is Audiophile gain.
